Toni graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth. During her college years she noticed how annoying and how much extension cords got in the way of her every day life. It was when she was in her third year of college when she decided to make her life and everyone else’s life a little bit better. She came up with a design that eliminates tripping over thick extension cords. Toni named this new design Flat Cords. It is extension cords that lay flat on the ground which makes it easier to not notice and to not trip over.
